We manufacture hand made beeswax candles. Our products need to arrive in tip top condition. We also supply various charities with candles.

We needed to find a supplier that could help us with the design of some new packaging, a display carton that could house 25 Teddy Bear Candles, and also be used as a transit carton. Appledore came back to us a lot quicker than the other packaging companies we contacted. They provided us with various samples and helped us all the way along. We finally decided on a printed 1 colour die cut display carton that housed the 25 Candles. We got the design we wanted, the protection we required and all at a competitive price. Our kitchen equipment needs to arrive to our customer in perfect condition, so we went to Appledore who were able to design us a D'Cut Insert to wrap around our products. This enabled us to feel very confident that when we sent out a consignment that it would arrive fully intact. Appledore reduced our spend considerably by re-designing the packaging to use cheaper materials without compromising the durability of the cartons. They sampled each new design and allowed us the time to test the samples to enable us to feel confident about using a lower grade material.

We thought our product was too awkward to pack into neat stackable boxes, but Appledore Packaging proved it could be done - and at a realistic price too. Always very helpful with new designs and samples.
